IDW Publishing Previews Doctor Who Classics Series 3 #2

Yes, Matt Smith is officially the 11th Doctor, but thanks to IDW Publishing, Doctor Who fans can get their fix of classic Doctors in comic form. Today, IDW’s Doctor Who Classics: Series 3 #2 went on sale, continuing the adventures of the sixth Doctor as portrayed by Colin Baker, whose tenure was the perhaps the most controversial in the series’ history. Steve Parkhouse and John Ridgway conclude the “Voyager” story line, featuring an all-new cover by Robert Hack (Grant Morrison’s Doctor Who) and colors by Charlie Kirchoff.

In January, Matthew Smith takes over the lead role on Doctor Who, leaving fans of David Tennant broken, empty shells. To these fans, I say fear not; thanks to IDW Publishing, David Tennant lives on, at least in comic form, with the release in January of Doctor Who #7. Here is how IDW Publishing describes the issue:
